OCTOBER 05, 2011: CHANGE OF FEES AND STATUS |

Since October 5th, 2011 our consulting run company majored in expatriation specializes only in Tax, administrative, financial, Legal and notarial tasks for 3 countries: France, Ireland and the United Kingdom.
Our director being an Officer of the French Republic, Sworn Official since 1982 (oath-taking made with the High Court of Paris), working for the Revenues since 1995, after approval by the Irish government, the internal structure of our office changed.
Will be developed the following Departments:
- French Taxes Returns (For you Irish and British customers who have a property (ies) in France or savings in a French bank) and all regularizations.
- Administrative translations to legalize (Birth certificate, Marriage Certificates, Degrees, etc), Legal and Notaries documents.
- All administrative tasks related to the setting up of company in Ireland or the United Kingdom, including market studies and breakdown and Analysis of your Business Plan.
- Assist you with the real purchase with interpreters on the viewings, inspections but also all administrative tasks related to a purchase (filling applications forms, arrange any meetings with French Notary, assistance for the transfer of money with your bank to the Notary).
- The assistance in searches of housing in renting remains with the margin for the interpreters Or/and your protection during the signature of lease, disputes, etc…
- Banking Specialization like the opening and security of your future non-resident account, (for the three countries see above) to get decreasing your mortgage repayments or financial diagnosis for obtaining a mortgage related to the property purchase on the 3 countries (For this last part, only for France).

- Searches for Training courses
- Searches for Employment
- Immigration
Due to attempts at frauds and in accordance with the Governmental request, from now France Easyhelp limited is only open to EUROPEAN customers (NON-EUROPEANS customers could have a consultation by phone or email after payment)
Our fees on the Tax and Legal scale are 100 € per hour excluding VAT, including for all consultations (which replace information) or Business travels. They are in addition to any outlays incurred (flight tickets, duty stamps, subcriptions, meeting rooms, etc...). Consultations are only by appointment. For any estimate, thank you to contact us.
For the legal translations, our fees are 25 € per hour, excluding VAT .
NEW: we are entitled in certifying Public documents are true copy and in attesting with seals of the French republic in plus of the execution reading, certifying translations and witnessing. We continue to move us towards the Embassies and Public Notary. Fees are on Regulations and exempt of VAT for all certificate.
Our fees online are null and void while waiting for the modification of our website (Thank you to read our general terms and conditions chapter 5.1)
We are Public Tax adviser and Legal. We are working for your security so that the French law are obeyed in your opposition.
